NABCONS Project Specialist Recruitment 2026 - 2 Posts

NABARD Consultancy Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of NABARD, has released Advertisement Ref. No. NABCONS/CO-HR/08/PBCS/2026-27 dated 27 May 2026. The hiring is for the Project Management Unit for establishing new multipurpose PACS, dairy, fishery, and primary cooperative societies in uncovered panchayats. This is a contract role for 11 months, extendable based on project requirement, performance, or the project period.

The work is not a routine desk-only role. The Project Specialist will coordinate with PACS, dairy and fishery cooperatives, DCCBs, StCBs, NABARD, NCDC, state departments, and other stakeholders. The notice also mentions work around project strategy, real-time monitoring, IT system strengthening, portal/database improvement, scheme convergence, and periodic reporting.

The scope also includes support for National Cooperative Database updates and regular follow-up for timely achievement of project targets. NABCONS mentions convergence with schemes such as NPDD, DIDF, PMMSY, and FIDF, so candidates should be ready for coordination-heavy work across dairy, fishery, and cooperative society development. The selected person may also need to study existing IT systems and suggest process improvements for better monitoring.
