Export-Import Bank of India (India EXIM Bank), an all-India premier financial institution that finances and promotes India's international trade, has released Advertisement No. HRM/DM/2026-27/03 for direct recruitment of 4 Deputy Managers in the Information Security function. The recruitment is conducted through the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). This is a Grade E (Officer) post on regular basis with posting anywhere in India and possible international transfer with consent. Candidates with cybersecurity certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH or OSCP will get preference.

Essential Qualification

• Minimum 60% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) in full-time B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.E / M.C.A in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication
• The University / Institute must be recognised by Government / AICTE / UGC
• Correspondence, part-time, open university, open learning, external and distance learning degrees are not eligible

Essential Experience

• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in a scheduled commercial bank, all-India financial institution or any reputed organization, specifically in Information Security functions

Preferred Certifications

• Any one of: CISA, CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH, CISP, CRTP, CCNA, CCNP, ISO 27001:2022 LA/LI, CompTIA Security+
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computers and IT

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 28 years as on 01 May 2026
• Age Relaxation: OBC (NCL) - 3 years (up to 31 years), PwD - 10 years, Ex-Servicemen - 5 years

Salary

• Pay Scale: Rs. 48,480 - 2,000 - 62,480 - 2,340 - 67,160 - 2,680 - 85,920
• Starting basic pay: Rs. 48,480 per month
• Maximum basic pay: Rs. 85,920 per month
• Approximate starting CTC: Rs. 18 lakh per annum
• Plus allowances, perquisites and benefits as per Bank's rules — includes residential accommodation or leased accommodation scheme, housing/vehicle/personal computer/children education loans

Selection Process

Selection will be done in 2 stages:

1. Written Test (Objective): 100 questions on Professional Knowledge - Part I (Information Technology and Cyber Security) for 100 marks in 2 hours 30 minutes. Written exam carries 70% weightage in final selection.
2. Personal Interview: Carries 30% weightage in final selection.

Exam Centres: Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Personal Interviews will be conducted in Mumbai and New Delhi.

No sectional cut-off. Final list is drawn based on combined written + interview score.

• Monitor and manage information security operations across the Bank's IT infrastructure
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits of banking systems
• Implement and enforce cyber security policies, standards and best practices
• Respond to security incidents and lead the incident response process
• Review network, application and endpoint security controls regularly
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators and vendors on information security compliance
• Prepare security reports and dashboards for senior management
• Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, attack vectors and mitigation techniques
