Who Can Apply?

Eligible Officer Background

• Retired / VR Officers: You must have taken voluntary retirement or retired on superannuation from Railways, other Government departments, Central PSUs, Ports, or Government-controlled JV companies.
• Infrastructure Experience: You should have service experience in execution of infrastructure projects.
• CDA Pay Background: Officers from CDA scale should have retired from PB-4 with Grade Pay Rs. 10,000, revised to Matrix Level 14 under the 7th CPC.
• IDA Pay Background: Officers from IDA scale should have retired from E-8 in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 51,300-73,000, revised to Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 under the 3rd PRC.
• Important Note: Higher grade pay or pay scale received only through ACP/MACP will not be counted for this eligibility level.

Specific Senior-Level Experience Needed

• Rail Operations: Working experience in rail operations and traffic planning.
• Business and Coordination: Business development, public relations, and coordination with departments, ministries, governments, and other authorities.
• Project Exposure: Railway and other infrastructure projects, maintenance, and operations.
• Contracts and Tenders: Experience in dealing with contracts, tenders, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is up to 63 years.
• Age Reference Date: Age will be counted as on 24 June 2026, the last date for receiving applications.
• Experience and eligibility cut-off: Experience and other eligibility conditions will also be checked as on 24 June 2026.

Salary

• Pay Scale: E-8, Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 2,80,000.
• Starting Basic Pay: Selected officers will be placed at Rs. 1,20,000 basic pay.
• IDA and HRA: Payable as per company rules.
• Cafeteria Perks: 20% of basic pay.
• Lumpsum Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 25,000 per month if company vehicle is not provided.
• Communication Reimbursement: Mobile, landline, and broadband bills up to Rs. 1,500 per month.
• Not Payable: Performance-related pay and TADK reimbursement are not payable for this post.
