The HBCH&RC Punjab unit at New Chandigarh is part of this expansion, and its Brain Lab handles advanced neuro-oncology and brain-surgery support work.

This position is a project post for twelve months, which may be extended by a further six months based on your performance, or until the project is completed, whichever happens first. Note: the position may be rotated between HBCH Sangrur and HBCH&RC New Chandigarh, Punjab, depending on where the centre needs you, and accommodation will be provided subject to availability.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or an equivalent qualification) OR a Diploma in a relevant subject.
• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience handling intra-operative imaging and navigation systems (Brain Lab / neuro-navigation equipment).
• Desirable: Prior working experience inside an Operation Theatre (OT) environment is preferred, though not compulsory.
• The role calls for someone comfortable working alongside surgeons and OT staff, so candidates with a clinical engineering or biomedical background will find this role a natural fit.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 33,000 per month, depending on your qualification and experience.
