Who Can Apply?

Assistant Financial Advisor

• Qualification: You need to be a qualified CA / CMA.
• Upper age: 35 years as per the original notification.

Assistant Materials Manager

• Qualification: You need a B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Electronics with 60% marks.
• Experience: You need relevant materials-management experience as mentioned in the notification.

Section Officer

• Qualification: You can apply with B.Com plus 7 years, M.Com plus 4 years, or Inter CA / CMA plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Upper age: 40 years as on 01 May 2026.

Depot Materials Superintendent

• Qualification: You need B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Electronics with 60% marks.
• Updated age: The corrigendum revises the upper age to 40 years as on 01 May 2026.

Personnel Inspector

• Qualification: You need a Diploma / Degree in Labour Laws, or graduation with PG Diploma in Personnel Management, MBA in HR, or PG Diploma in HRM.
• Updated age: The corrigendum revises the upper age to 40 years as on 01 May 2026.

Salary

• Assistant Financial Advisor / Assistant Materials Manager: Rs. 67,140 to Rs. 76,660 per month, depending on city class.
• Section Officer: Rs. 50,060 to Rs. 57,140 per month, depending on city class.
• Depot Materials Superintendent / Personnel Inspector: Rs. 41,380 to Rs. 47,220 per month, depending on city class.
• The consolidated pay includes Basic, DA, HRA, Conveyance and Mobile Allowance.
• Annual remuneration may increase by 4% after every completed year, subject to KRCL requirement and discretion.

Selection Process

Selection is through a walk-in interview. KRCL may add a Group Discussion, written test or another elimination round if many candidates report.

1. Walk-in registration: Report at the venue between 09:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs on the revised post-wise date.
2. Preliminary screening: KRCL checks the filled form, originals and self-attested documents.
3. Interview: Provisionally eligible candidates are interviewed by a nominated committee.
4. Medical examination: Selected candidates must pass the prescribed medical exam before contract engagement.
