Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IIT Gandhinagar) has released Advertisement No. OTH/13470/Advt0201 dated 12 May 2026 for 2 temporary Project Assistant II positions under Prof. Manish Jain at the Center for Creative Learning. This is a field-intensive role focused on testing and improving hands-on STEM learning kits in real classrooms across partner schools. The appointment is for 1 year and TGT teachers with 2+ years of teaching grades 6 to 8 will be given preference.

Who Can Apply?

Essential Qualification

• You must hold a B.C.A or B.Sc (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline.
• You need a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• You should have at least 60 percent marks (or equivalent grade) from Graduation onwards.
• You should have at least 55 percent marks in Class 10 and Class 12.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Preference will be given to TGT teachers (CBSE / ICSE / State / International Board) with 2 or more years of experience teaching grades 6 to 8.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to document insights clearly.
• High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in designing and running feedback tools such as surveys, interviews, and observation logs for students and teachers.

Salary

• Consolidated monthly remuneration: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month, depending on your qualification and experience.
• This is a project-based engagement under IIT Gandhinagar institute norms.

Selection Process
