Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract term: The engagement is for 1 year on a purely contractual basis. It may be extended when the project needs the role and your performance supports continuation.
• Field mobility: You must own or have access to a motorcycle and hold a valid driving licence. Frequent travel through rural project areas is central to the job.
• Farmer communication: You need good communication skills and working knowledge of the local language in your assigned area.
• Crop knowledge: Practical understanding of potato varieties such as Santana and Quintera, crop management and contract-farming operations is important.
• Computer exposure: Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and email is preferred for reporting and coordination.
