Post-wise Duties

Chief Executive Officer – TEJAS

You will shape the TEJAS strategy and growth plan, build relationships with companies, government bodies, investors, foundations and universities, and lead efforts to raise funding. You will also guide startup support, oversee governance and financial discipline, and represent TEJAS at national and international forums.

Project Manager – Venture Growth and Impact

You will assess each founder's needs and turn them into an incubation roadmap with goals and progress reviews. Your work includes connecting founders with mentors, helping them refine products and test customer demand, and opening access to corporate pilots, investors and funding. You will track venture performance, keep impact dashboards and act when a venture needs help.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract terms: The CEO has an initial five-year term, while the Project Manager has an initial three-year term. Renewal follows the appointment terms and includes a performance review.
• Engagement arrangement: The notice allows engagement through the institute or an outsourcing agency. The contract creates no claim to a regular appointment, absorption or continued service.
• Working schedule: Normal hours are 09:00 to 17:30 across six days each week, with Sunday off. Hours may change with institutional needs, and work beyond office hours or on holidays does not attract extra payment.
• Accommodation and leave: Campus housing will not be provided. Leave and other working conditions follow the applicable institutional policies.
• Communication: Keep the email address in your form active and accurate. The institute will send recruitment communication only by email and is not responsible for missed messages caused by an incorrect or inactive address.
