HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, is hiring accounts professionals for its Retail Business Division (RBD). The company wants performance-driven candidates to fill Accounts Assistant and Accounts Officer posts on a fixed term contract basis. Selection is through a walk-in written test — there is no separate application form or interview call letter. Both early-career finance graduates and experienced accounts professionals can attend.

HLL is a leading government healthcare products and services provider, running manufacturing plants such as the Peroorkada Facility in Thiruvananthapuram (PFT) along with several other units across India. The Retail Business Division handles HLL's consumer-facing healthcare product sales and needs strong finance and accounts support to keep operations running smoothly.

Who Can Apply?

For Accounts Assistant:

• You need a B.Com degree with 2 years post-qualification experience in accounts and finance functions at a reputed establishment.

For Accounts Officer:

• You need M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in accounts and finance functions at a reputed establishment.

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
• Only candidates with the relevant qualification and experience will be permitted to attend the written test.
• Before applying, make sure you meet all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the notice — there is no separate scrutiny stage.

Age Limit

• The maximum age limit for both posts is 37 years as on 01 July 2026.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates get relaxation as per Government of India directives.
• The same cut-off date used for age is also used to calculate your qualification and post-qualification experience.

Selection Process

Selection happens through a walk-in written test:

1. Written Test: Multiple-choice questions to be answered in 30 minutes for a maximum of 50 marks. There is no negative marking. You must score at least 35% marks to qualify for the next stage.
2. Document Verification: Bring original certificates with self-attested copies for age, qualification, mark sheets, experience, latest salary certificate, Aadhaar and PAN.

How to Apply

1. No advance application is needed — attend the walk-in selection directly.
2. Reach the venue: HLL Management Academy, Keston Rd, near STYLE PLUS, Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695003.
3. Report between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on 18 July 2026.
4. Carry original certificates plus self-attested copies of all relevant documents, Aadhaar, PAN and a recent passport-size photograph.
5. Appear for the on-the-spot written test.

• Latest salary certificate with break-up
