Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract tenure: The appointment begins with a one-year fixed-term contract. AIAHL may extend or shorten it according to operational needs and performance.
• Performance clause: The company may end the contract during its term if performance is unsatisfactory.
• Medical fitness: The person selected must complete a pre-employment medical examination and bear the cost of that examination and any additional tests.
