Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Government of India Mini Ratna Category-I enterprise, has released three linked advertisements — No. 11/2026/CHQ/CN, 01/2026/CHQ/CN, and 10/2026/CHQ/CN — through EdCIL (India) Limited, to engage 10 consultants on contract at its Corporate Headquarters (Safdarjung Airport) and Regional Headquarters, Northern Region, both in New Delhi. There is no written exam — selection is through document verification and an interview. Lawyers, content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and clinical psychologists with relevant experience can apply for the post that matches their background. Who Can Apply?

For Senior Consultant (Law) - Rs. 1,50,000/month:

• Qualification: Professional Law degree (3-year regular after graduation, or 5-year integrated after 10+2); you must be eligible to enrol as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
• Experience: 8-10 years of legal work experience.
• Duties: Legal research on aviation law, contracts, land acquisition and arbitration; drafting case briefs; representing AAI in courts and tribunals; vetting contracts, MoUs, and pleadings.

For Consultant (Content Writer) - Rs. 1,20,000/month:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or English Literature, OR any Bachelor's degree with a Master's in Mass Communication/Journalism.
• Experience: 5-8 years in content writing, copywriting, or editorial roles.

For Consultant (Graphic Designer) - Rs. 1,20,000/month:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream with an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, or Visual/Communication Design.
• Experience: 5-8 years, with a strong design portfolio required.

For Consultant (Video Editor) - Rs. 1,20,000/month:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream with a Diploma/Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or Animation.
• Experience: 5-8 years of professional video editing experience, ideally in TV, digital media, or a creative agency.

For Senior Consultant (Clinical Psychologist) - Rs. 1,50,000/month:

• Qualification: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with a valid RCI License.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years, including at least 2 years as a Clinical Psychologist in a clinical setting. Experience in the aviation sector is desirable.
• Duties: Psychological assessment of Air Traffic Controllers (ATCOs), mental health training, and support to the Peer Support Programme, as per DGCA guidelines.

For Consultant (Clinical Psychologist) - Rs. 1,20,000/month:

• Qualification: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with a valid RCI License.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a clinical or academic setting.

Age Limit

• Senior Consultant (Law) & Senior Consultant (Clinical Psychologist): Up to 45 years.
• Consultant (Content Writer/Graphic Designer/Video Editor) & Consultant (Clinical Psychologist): Up to 40 years.
• Age is counted as on 6 August 2026, the closing date.

Salary

• Senior Consultant (Law): Rs. 1,50,000 per month (all-inclusive).
• Senior Consultant (Clinical Psychologist): Rs. 1,50,000 per month (all-inclusive).
• Consultant (Content Writer/Graphic Designer/Video Editor): Rs. 1,20,000 per month each (all-inclusive).
• Consultant (Clinical Psychologist): Rs. 1,20,000 per month (all-inclusive).

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

AAI will select candidates in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Based on the qualifications and experience details in your uploaded documents.
2. Document Verification: You must produce original certificates for qualification, experience, and age when called.
3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for a final interview.

No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview, and leave accrues at 1.5 days for each completed month of service.

• Draft press releases, articles, and digital content for AAI's official communications (Content Writer)

• Edit and produce promotional and corporate video content (Video Editor)
• Conduct psychological assessments and counselling sessions for Air Traffic Controllers (Clinical Psychologist)
