"Tribhuvan" Sahkari University (TSU), an Institution of National Importance established through an Act of Parliament in 2025, is recruiting a Senior Officer for its School of Agri Business Management. This is a three-year contractual administrative role supporting teaching schedules, student records, faculty coordination and school operations. It is designed for a management professional who has already supervised work in a government, autonomous, centrally funded technical or public-sector organisation.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract term: The appointment runs for three years on consolidated pay. The detailed conditions come with the offer letter, which may be withdrawn if you do not accept it within the allowed time.
• Relevant experience: TSU counts experience only after you completed the essential qualification. Your background should show supervisory work that includes academic administration and school-level operational coordination.
• Shortlisting: Holding the minimum qualification does not create an automatic right to an interview. A scrutiny committee may shortlist on stronger qualifications or experience and may use a screening test when required.
• Physical interview: TSU conducts interviews in person and does not pay TA or DA for an interview, written test or screening test. Call letters are sent by email only, so the address in your form must stay active and accurate.
• Campus mobility: You may be placed at any university campus, and the appointment can be transferred across TSU campuses. This may involve coordinating academic activity outside one fixed school office.
• Working candidates: Applicants serving in government, semi-government organisations or PSUs must follow their employer's intimation rules. TSU asks for a No Objection Certificate and vigilance clearance when originals are checked.
