SBI Digital Marketing Multi Post Recruitment 2026: Overview
State Bank of India (SBI) is recruiting specialists on contract for its Digital Marketing Department. The work connects customer data, digital campaigns and content production across the bank's channels. Mumbai and Navi Mumbai are the suggested bases, although SBI can place you elsewhere in India.
Posts and Disciplines
- Deputy Vice President, Analytical Marketing and Campaign: This role focuses on customer insights and campaign performance, bringing business teams, technology teams and external partners together.
- Deputy Vice President, Digital Marketing: This role focuses on digital customer acquisition, channel campaigns and partnerships, including work with internet banking and YONO.
- Content Specialist: This role connects business briefs with customer communication across websites, email, social media, video, in-app messages and offline material.
Post-wise Duties
Deputy Vice President, Analytical Marketing and Campaign
You will turn customer data and buying patterns into campaign plans with the agency and internal teams. You will track leads, conversions, website traffic and engagement, then use dashboards to explain what needs to change. The role also supports customer segmentation, marketing automation and better data quality.
Deputy Vice President, Digital Marketing
You will work on digital customer journeys, campaign feedback and acquisition plans with channel and business teams. Managing search and display agencies, building digital partnerships and measuring campaign outcomes are part of the work. Your campaigns must follow the bank's branding and information security rules.
Content Specialist
You will manage content from brief to delivery, coordinating with designers, agencies, videographers and internal teams. Alongside writing and reviewing material, you will keep content calendars and asset libraries organised. You will also support testing of creative versions, content deployment and performance reporting.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Contract tenure: The initial term is three years. SBI may renew it for another two years at its discretion.
- Ending the contract: Either side can end the engagement with three months' notice or the corresponding compensation instead of notice, as set out in the advertisement.
- Posting and movement: The suggested cities are indicative. SBI can transfer you to its offices or depute you to associates, subsidiaries or another organisation as service needs demand.
- Role scope: The advertised profiles describe the expected work. SBI will assign performance goals when you join and may add related work during the engagement.
- Leave: Contract officers can receive thirty days of leave during the financial year for reasons accepted by the bank.
- Reservation: Disability reservation sits within the relevant parent category. It does not create extra posts beyond the advertised total.
- Application corrections: SBI will not accept changes after the application window closes. If you apply more than once for the same role, only your last completed, valid application is retained.
