• Radiographer (District Cadre, Group-C): 240 posts under the Odisha Radiographer Service (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2019, as amended. The largest district quotas are Cuttack (26), Ganjam (21), Koraput (14), Angul (13) and Puri (13); the smallest are Deogarh (1), Boudh (2) and Sundargarh (2).

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Odia language: you must be able to speak, read and write Odia — through the Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject, Matriculation with Odia as the medium of examination, Odia as a language subject up to Class VII or above, or the M.E. School standard Odia test of the School and Mass Education Department.
• Registration window: new registration and re-registration close on 23 September 2026, a week before the application deadline — a candidate who has not registered by then cannot submit the form on the last day.
• Fee refund: the Rs. 500 examination fee is refunded to candidates who actually appear in the written test; SC, ST and PwD candidates pay no fee.
• Negative marking: one-fourth of a mark is deducted for every wrong answer; the qualifying score is 35% (30% for SC, ST, PwD and ex-servicemen candidates).
