Vacancy Distribution

Total vacancies: 515 posts across four engineering disciplines:

• Electrical Engineering: 165 posts
• Mechanical Engineering: 210 posts
• Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering: 125 posts
• Computer Science and IT Engineering: 15 posts

Educational Qualification

• B.E. or B.Tech in relevant discipline
• Minimum marks: 65% for General/EWS/OBC candidates, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
• Valid GATE 2025 score card is mandatory

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 27 years as on closing date
• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10-15 years

Salary and Benefits

E1 Grade with salary range of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 per month with comprehensive benefits.

Training Period

One year training before regularization. Service bond of Rs. 5,00,000 (Rs. 2,50,000 for SC/ST/PwBD) for 3 years.
