NMRC Senior Supervisor Recruitment 2026: Overview

Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRC), a joint venture of the Government of India and Government of Uttar Pradesh, is hiring experienced senior supervisors for its project work. The drive supports the Noida-Greater Noida Metro corridor and covers engineering as well as finance, legal and human-resources functions. These are direct contract appointments for people who can step into senior supervisory work without a long learning period. The common theme is practical experience in public-sector infrastructure or administration.

Posts and Disciplines

• Civil and Track: construction, maintenance and execution work involving stations, viaducts, bridges and railway track systems.
• Rolling Stock: contract management, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of metro trains.
• AFC, Telecom and Signaling: project implementation and upkeep of fare-collection, communications and signaling systems.
• Electrical: traction power, OHE, substations, SCADA, lifts, escalators and related electrical systems.
• Finance: accounts finalisation, taxation, treasury, budgets, payroll, audit work and statutory returns.
• Legal: case handling, contracts, legal documentation, statutory compliance and RTI work.
• Human Resources: recruitment, establishment, appraisal, training, grievances, labour matters and HR systems.

Post-wise Duties

Senior Section Engineers

You will supervise installation, construction, testing and maintenance in your chosen discipline, coordinate interfaces with other metro systems and keep project work aligned with railway and metro standards. Civil and track staff focus on structures and permanent way, while rolling-stock, electrical and S&T staff handle their respective operational assets.

Senior Section Officers

You will manage a specialist support function in finance, legal services or human resources. The work combines technical subject knowledge with records, compliance, internal coordination and timely advice to project teams.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract and bond: Appointees must sign a surety bond to serve NMRC for a minimum period; the bond also covers training cost and applicable GST.
• Starting pay: Past service does not bring pay protection or transfer of gratuity, leave or shifting benefits. Service starts at the initial basic of the selected NMRC scale.
• Mobility: You may be posted, transferred or deployed to any NMRC project, site, consultancy office, regional office or depot in India or outside India.
• Travel: Outstation applicants called for the offline selection process must arrange their own travel and stay; NMRC does not reimburse these costs.
