National Health Mission Goa (NHM Goa), working through the Directorate of Health Services, is building teams for public-health programmes across North and South Goa. Post-wise Duties

Clinical and Nursing Roles

You will provide care within your professional scope, keep patient and programme records, coordinate referrals and follow the protocols of the assigned national health programme. Nursing and community-health teams may work across facilities and outreach points in North or South Goa.

Allied Health and Rehabilitation Roles

You will assess patients, deliver therapy or technical support, and guide families through the next steps in care. Valid professional registration is especially important for the posts where the notice asks for it.

Programme, Data and Field Roles

You will maintain accurate reporting, logistics and field coordination for vaccination, tuberculosis, reproductive health and other NHM services. Some positions involve regular travel across the state or two-wheeler field visits.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Residence: A 15-year Goa residence certificate is mandatory unless you fall within an exemption listed in the notice.
• Language: Knowledge of Konkani is essential, while Marathi is desirable.
• Tenure: Every appointment is contractual for one year and carries no future claim to a regular State Government post.
• Posting: NHM Goa may station you anywhere in the state and may change the work location as programme needs change.
