Service Conditions and Caveats

• Engagement period: The first appointment runs for 89 days. The administration may consider another 89-day term when the centre still needs the post and both sides agree, based on work quality and conduct.
• Teaching schedule: You may handle regular classes from morning to late afternoon, evening sessions and a daily problem-solving class. The centre follows a six-day working week.
• Academic scope: You will prepare students for IIT/NEET entrance work as well as the secondary education board syllabus, including the centre's monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and pre-board assessments.
• Test material: You need to supply a good-quality test series and support evaluation work connected with the coaching programme.
• Additional school work: The centre can assign assessment and other school-related duties similar to those handled by its other teachers. No separate payment is attached to these additional tasks.
