IICA Consultant Corporate Law Recruitment 2026: Overview

Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, is engaging a Consultant for its School of Corporate Law at the Manesar campus. IICA works as a government think tank and learning institution across corporate law, governance, finance, sustainability and business regulation. This consultant role supports the School's public-facing academic work, linking programme outreach and digital communication with the administrative coordination needed to run courses, conferences and executive training.

The assignment is broader than a conventional legal-research desk. You will help the School present its programmes clearly, keep its institutional communication moving and support faculty with material for presentations, reports and publications. The notice particularly points to digital branding, social-media management, event coordination and internal liaison, so the position suits someone who can combine clear drafting with organised project follow-through.

Service Conditions and Caveats

  • Contract status: This is a purely contractual engagement and does not create a claim to a regular IICA appointment. The engagement is governed by the institute's contract terms rather than central-government permanent-service conditions.
  • Work base: The role belongs to the School of Corporate Law at IICA's IMT Manesar campus. You should be ready to coordinate in person with faculty and the HR, Finance, Administration, IT and Procurement divisions.
  • Benefits: The monthly payment is consolidated. DA, transport allowance, HRA, LTC, medical facilities and similar benefit packages are not provided; leave is available only under IICA policy.
  • Citizenship: You must be an Indian citizen. Claims about education, skills and work history must be supported by complete records when IICA asks for them.
  • Shortlisting: Meeting the minimum conditions does not guarantee further consideration. IICA may set its own screening criteria and will communicate only with people shortlisted for the next assessment.
  • Assessment venue: The institute may hold the assessment at IICA Campus, Manesar or through video conference. The schedule and format are communicated separately to shortlisted applicants.
  • Information accuracy: Incomplete, incorrect or unsupported details can lead to cancellation. Include any additional relevant education and work experience in the form so the screening committee can assess the full profile.
  • Institute decision: IICA's decision on equivalence, screening method, acceptance and final suitability is binding. The circular also allows flexibility for an exceptional profile where the competent authority considers it justified.

Application Submission Notes

Send your CV through the Google Form specified by IICA. The form is the application channel named in the circular, and the institute does not provide a postal or email alternative for this position.

Before sending the form, make sure your CV explains your work in academic programmes, government or autonomous institutions, digital marketing, branding, social media, events and stakeholder coordination, where applicable. Keep self-attested qualification records ready because mark sheets alone are not accepted as a substitute for the relevant degree or certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the School's LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube presence
  • Develop outreach plans for academic and executive programmes
  • Design brochures, banners, posters, emailers and social-media material
  • Prepare programme reports, office notes and official correspondence
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Administration, IT and Procurement teams
  • Assist faculty with presentations, reports and publications
  • Organize meetings, conferences, training programmes and institutional events
  • Maintain programme records, budgets and supporting documentation
