The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Bijnor has issued Notice No. 305/DLSA-Bijnor/2026 dated 18 July 2026, inviting applications for 1 Peon (Chaprasi) post at the Permanent Lok Adalat, Bijnor, following instructions from the UP State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow. This post is reserved only for retired Class-IV court staff — candidates who have retired from a Civil Court, Collectorate, or Court can apply on a contract basis for a tenure of 2 years or until they turn 65, whichever is earlier.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must be a retired Class-IV employee (Peon) of a Civil Court, Collectorate, or Court.
• Citizenship: You must be an Indian citizen.
• Other Conditions: You should not have more than one living spouse, and you should not have been convicted by a court in any criminal case.

Age Limit

• The contract lasts for 2 years or until you turn 65 years, whichever comes first.

Salary

• The selected candidate will get a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 7,000.
• No dearness allowance (DA) or any other allowance will be paid on this remuneration.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection will be based on:

1. Document Verification: Your application and certificates will be checked by the authority.
2. Interview: You will be evaluated on educational qualification, work efficiency and your performance in the interview.

No travel allowance will be paid for coming to the interview venue.

1. Get the application form from the DLSA Bijnor office (10 AM to 5 PM on working days) or download it from allahabadhighcourt.in or districts.ecourts.gov.in/bijnor.
2. Fill the form and attach self-attested photocopies of your educational, identity, residence and character certificates.
3. Attach two self-attested photographs.
4. Put everything in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Civil Court Campus, Bijnor - 246701.
5. Submit it at the DLSA Bijnor office or send it by registered post before 31 July 2026, 5:00 PM.
