ANIIMS Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026: Overview

The notice brings clinical support, rehabilitation, records, laboratory, library, stores, communication and front-office work into one contractual drive. Each role supports a different part of patient care or campus administration, so you can identify the stream closest to your training before choosing a post in the portal.
The engagement is designed to keep essential services running while regular recruitment is completed. You will work inside a medical-education environment, where accurate records, patient-friendly service and coordination across departments matter every day. Some roles are directly patient-facing, while others keep equipment, information and supplies ready for the clinical teams.

Statistician and Health Educator
You will organize health data, prepare useful summaries and help departments communicate prevention and wellness messages. Accuracy and audience-friendly explanation are central to both roles.
Laboratory and Medical Records

Library, Stores and Clerical Posts
You will maintain registers, locate resources, process routine correspondence and update computer records. Store and library work also needs careful issue-and-return control, while clerical roles keep files moving between units.
Audio Visual Technician
You will set up, test and maintain electronic presentation equipment used for teaching and institutional programmes. Quick fault checking and safe equipment handling will help sessions run without interruption.
Receptionist
You will welcome visitors, answer basic queries and direct people to the appropriate counter or department. Calm communication and accurate routing are important in a busy hospital-campus setting.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Tenure: The engagement is purely contractual for one year and ends earlier if regular recruitment fills the post.
- Status: These posts are temporary and do not give you a claim to regular appointment or benefits available to permanent employees.
- Assessment arrangements: ANIIMS will publish the venue and schedule for the skill test or interview after application scrutiny.
- Travel: No TA or DA will be paid for attending the interview.
