• Hospital leadership and patient support: Medical Superintendent, Chief Dietician, medical social service roles, medical records, sanitation and medical-gas supervision.
• Pharmacy and sterile services: Chief Pharmacist, Senior Pharmacist, Pharmacist Grade I and CSSD Supervisor roles supporting medicine control and sterile supply.

Post-wise Duties

Clinical and Hospital Administration

You will coordinate hospital services, dietetics, medical records, social-support systems and sanitation according to the role allotted to you. Senior incumbents will also guide teams and keep clinical support functions aligned with institute policy.

Pharmacy, CSSD and Stores

You will oversee medicine stocks, procurement records, sterile supplies and store controls. The work calls for careful documentation and coordination with wards, laboratories, purchase teams and finance staff.

Finance and Office Administration

You will manage accounts, budget controls, official correspondence and confidential records at the level of your post. You may also review files, support audits and advise the competent authority on procedural compliance.

Engineering, IT and Security

You will keep hospital infrastructure, digital systems and campus safety reliable in your assigned discipline. Depending on the post, this may include project oversight, system support, preventive maintenance, vigilance work or security planning.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Deputation tenure: the initial term is three years and follows Department of Personnel and Training rules as amended from time to time.
