AI Assets Holding Limited (AIAHL) has released an advertisement for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Hotel Corporation of India Limited (HCIL), posted at New Delhi. HCIL was incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 and runs hotel services in Delhi along with inflight catering units at Delhi and Mumbai under the brand Chefair. The CEO will report to CMD, AIAHL & Chairman Group of Companies, and will be overall responsible for the company's performance including Chefair. The contract is for 3 years, extendable by 2 more years based on performance, or up to the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.

Who Can Apply?

• Educational Qualification: MBA OR an equivalent Post Graduate Management Degree/Diploma OR a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Total Experience: At least 20 years of managerial experience, of which 5 years must be at senior managerial level (not more than two levels below CEO / Head of the institute) in the hospitality sector, preferably in aviation.
• For Central/State/PSE candidates: You must be working at the level of E-7 or above.
• For Private Sector candidates: You should be working not more than 2 levels below CEO in a chain of hotels or airlines with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 60 crore in the last 3 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25).
• You need a certificate from your current employer confirming your level.

Age Limit

• For PSU candidates (working or worked): Not more than 62 years as on the date of notification
• For Private Sector candidates: Not more than 57 years as on the date of notification
• Contract is for 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance, or up to age 65, whichever is earlier

Salary

• Fixed Gross Emoluments: Rs. 2,60,000 per month
• Special Allowance: 10% of fixed gross (Rs. 26,000 per month)
• Total monthly pay: Rs. 2,86,000
• Posting location: New Delhi

Selection Process

Selection is interview-only with no written exam:

1. Screening of applications: The committee will screen applications to identify candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.
