WB Police Kalimpong Driver Recruitment 2026

WB Police Kalimpong Driver Recruitment 2026: Overview

The Office of the Superintendent of Police, Kalimpong (West Bengal Police) is hiring temporary Drivers on a contract basis for the district police. The posts were sanctioned under a Home & Hill Affairs Department order of 30 September 2026, followed by orders from the IGP (HQ), West Bengal. This is a district-level hiring, so you apply directly to the Kalimpong SP office rather than through a state exam.

If you have passed Class 8, hold a valid four-wheeler driving licence and have three years of driving experience with a government body, quasi-government body or registered private limited company, you can apply. Local candidates from the Kalimpong district area get preference.
