West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti (WBSHFWS), which works under the state's Department of Health and Family Welfare, is hiring a Legal Assistant for its Integrated Law Cell. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract term: The first engagement is for six months, and it can be extended again and again if your work is satisfactory and the higher authority approves.
• Notice period: Either side can end the contract with one month's notice.
• Bar Council: You must be enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal — enrolment with another state's council does not meet the criteria as printed.
• Experience source: Your practice experience must be at the Calcutta High Court, and it is counted only after you got your law degree, up to the first day of online application.
• Qualification deadline: Every essential qualification must be complete on or before the first day of online application.
• Fee rule: The fee is non-refundable, and you should not pay it more than once.
• Cancellation: The authority can cancel the recruitment at any stage, and its decision is final.
