Documents to Carry

Responsibilities

  • Handle patient care duties in the assigned ward, OPD, emergency or clinical unit
  • Assist senior residents, faculty members and consultants during rounds and procedures
  • Keep patient case sheets, investigation notes and treatment records updated
  • Monitor admitted patients and report important clinical changes promptly
  • Manage emergency duty, night duty and roster work as assigned by the department
  • Coordinate with nursing staff, laboratory teams and other hospital units
  • Follow hospital safety, infection control and University service rules
