TNJFU Technical Expert Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Fisheries College and Research Institute (FC&RI), Thoothukudi, under Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, has invited applications for 1 Technical Expert post under the PMMKSSY Fisheries Sector Prosperity Project. This is a walk-in interview for a contractual role to implement the Consultant's service project for Verification and Monitoring Consultant (V&MC). The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have an M.F.Sc in Fish Processing Technology, Fish Quality Assurance and Management, or Fish Post Harvest Technology from a recognised university.
• Preferential Qualification: Work experience in the Seafood Processing Industry will be preferred.
• Age Limit: No age bar.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 40,000 per month.

Selection Process

Selection is purely through interview. There is no written exam.

1. Walk-in Interview: Final selection is based on the candidate's performance in the interview and the selection committee's recommendations.
2. Document Verification: Bring all original certificates, research publications, and relevant documents at the time of interview.
