Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), a Grant-in-Aid institution under the Department of Atomic Energy, has released a walk-in interview notice for 2 Telephone Operator posts at Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre (HBCH&RC), New Chandigarh, Punjab. The posts are on contract through the outsourcing agency M/s. Innovsource Services Pvt. Ltd. There is no written application — you attend the interview directly with your documents. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have passed 12th standard (any stream).
• Experience: Up to 3 years of experience working in BPO operations, including handling an exchange board — EPABX experience is preferred.
• Language: You should be able to converse in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
• Work conditions: You will need to work in shifts, including nights, Sundays and holidays, and also handle reception duties.

Age Limit

• You should be up to 27 years old.
• Age Relaxation: Age and experience norms may be relaxed for candidates with higher qualifications or relevant experience, at the discretion of the selection committee.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 23,870 per month.
• This is a contract position through the outsourcing agency, so pay and benefits follow the agency's terms.

Selection Process (No Formal Written Exam)

Since this is a walk-in interview, there is no separate application or admit card:

1. MCQ Screening Test (if needed): If more candidates turn up than required, TMC will conduct a short MCQ test to shortlist candidates for the interview.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are interviewed on the spot at the venue.
3. Document Verification: You must carry original certificates and documents for verification during the interview.

This walk-in interview is open only to Indian nationals. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification, and no TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview. Meeting the minimum qualification does not guarantee a call for the test or interview — TMC may set cut-off criteria based on the number of applicants.

How to Apply

1. Reach the venue — HRD Department, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, New Chandigarh, Medicity, SAS Nagar, Punjab — between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM on the interview date.
2. Carry your resume and 2 recent passport-size photographs.
3. Bring proof of date of birth (birth certificate/school leaving certificate/SSC certificate).
4. Carry mark sheets and passing certificates for your educational qualification.
5. Bring your experience certificates — relieving letter for past employers, and appointment letter plus latest pay slip if currently employed.
6. Carry your PAN card and Aadhaar card, along with a No Objection Certificate if you are currently employed.
7. Bring all original documents for verification at the interview.
