• Master's route: You need M.S.W. or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Sociology with first class or equivalent CGPA of at least 6.5/10 in both UG and PG.
• Ph.D. route: You need Ph.D. in the appropriate branch plus the listed PG qualification and first-class academic record.

Salary

• Master's degree candidates: Rs. 45,000 per month.
• Ph.D. candidates: Rs. 60,000 per month.
• Tenure: Appointment is for 11 months on an ad-hoc basis.

Selection Process
