The Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (SUPPLYCO), a Kerala Government undertaking with an annual turnover of Rs. 4,500 crore and 1,631 sales outlets across the state, has invited applications from qualified and experienced candidates for two specialised posts. The recruitment is managed by the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram. The role of Company Secretary is for 1 year (until PSC-selected candidates join) and the Senior Marketing Consultant role is for 2 years on contract.

Who Can Apply?

For Company Secretary (Rs. 73,600/month)

• You must be an Associate Company Secretary (ACS).
• You need 5 years post-qualification experience as Company Secretary in a Government / Quasi-Government / Registered Public or Private Sector Undertaking.

For Senior Marketing Consultant (Rs. 90,000/month)

• You need a Master's degree from a recognised university. MBA Marketing is preferred.
• You must have a minimum 20 years of experience in the retail / FMCG sales sector.
• Your experience should include senior management positions in reputed companies with an annual turnover of at least Rs. 500 crore.

Applicant must be a citizen of India. The qualification must be from a recognised University / Institute. Equivalent qualifications need an equivalency certificate from the competent authority.

Age Limit

• Company Secretary: Upper age limit is 45 years.
• Senior Marketing Consultant: Upper age limit is 55 years.
• Cut-off date for upper age limit is 01 January 2026.
• Cut-off date for experience is 01 May 2026.

Salary

• Company Secretary: Rs. 73,600 per month (consolidated pay).
• Senior Marketing Consultant: Rs. 90,000 per month (consolidated pay).
• Period of Appointment: Company Secretary - 1 year or until PSC-selected candidates join (whichever is earlier). Senior Marketing Consultant - 2 years on contract.

Selection Process
