Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow has issued a contractual recruitment notice for the State Health Systems Resource Centre - Uttar Pradesh. The recruitment covers 9 verticals, including health system strengthening, hospital administration, public health research, digital health, human resources for health, innovation and M&E, procurement and health financing, quality assurance, and legal or regulatory compliance. The engagement is for 11 months, subject to extension based on performance and project requirement.

These are whole-time contractual positions under SHSRC-UP. The selected person will not get regular SGPGIMS appointment benefits such as pension, gratuity, seniority or promotion. The notice also says that selected people must be medically fit and must accept the contractual terms in writing.

Who Can Apply?

Lead/Senior Consultants

• Qualification: MBBS with postgraduate degree in PSM, Public Health, Community Health Administration or Hospital Administration.

• Experience: You need 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in public health systems.

Junior Consultants

• Qualification: MBBS or BDS with postgraduate degree in PSM, Public Health, Community Health Administration or Hospital Administration.
• Alternate qualification: MPH, MHA or MBA in Healthcare is accepted.
• Experience: You need 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in public health systems.

Field Coordinators

• Qualification: BDS, BAMS, BHMS or BHA with postgraduate degree in Public Health or Health Administration.
• Alternate qualification: MPH, MHA or MBA in Healthcare, Health Policy or Health Economics is accepted.
• Experience: You need 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in public health systems.

Salary

• Lead/Senior Consultants: Rs. 1,50,000 per month
• Junior Consultants: Rs. 1,00,000 per month
• Field Coordinators: Rs. 50,000 per month
• Annual increment: 5% annual increment is mentioned for these contractual positions.
• Leave: Leave is applicable as per contractual staff rules of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

The salary is fixed and consolidated. The notice clearly states that regular government employee benefits such as provident fund, pension, gratuity, medical attendance treatment, seniority and promotion will not apply.

Selection Process
