The Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) of Sub District Hospital (SDH) Manimajra, under the Health Department of U.T. Chandigarh, is holding a walk-in interview to build a panel of specialist doctors. Doctors on the panel give specialist services at the hospital in a fixed two-hour morning slot from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, the same in summer and winter, and are paid for each slot they work. This is empanelment on an honorarium basis, not a regular hospital job — it suits practising paediatricians and physicians who can give the hospital a regular morning slot.

Posts and Disciplines

• Specialist (Paediatrician): for MBBS doctors with an MD/DNB in Paediatrics or a DCH. Experience in a Newborn Care Unit or SNCU gives you an edge.
• Specialist (Medicine): for MBBS doctors with an MS/DNB or Diploma in Medicine. Experience in the relevant field is preferred.

Service Conditions and Caveats
