The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has invited applications for 8 Consultant Site Engineer posts on a full-time contract basis. These are senior lateral positions for experienced civil and electrical engineers who will oversee the bank's building and construction projects. This is a lateral hire for seasoned professionals — you need long project-management experience, not just a degree. The engagement is on contract, and you can apply online from 29 June 2026 to 20 July 2026.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: At least 15 years in construction and project management of buildings.
• Government experience: Out of the 15 years, at least 5 years must be in CPWD, CPSUs or similar government organisations at the level of Assistant Executive Engineer / Executive Engineer or above.

Age Limit

• You should be between 40 and 65 years old to apply.

Salary

• Level 2 posts: Rs. 2,40,000 per month
• Level 3 posts: Rs. 3,10,000 per month
• You will also get housing allowance as applicable.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written exam for these posts. The selection is done in these stages:

1. Screening and Shortlisting: Based on your qualification and experience.
2. Document Verification
3. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview.
