Pulwama Krishi Udyami Recruitment 2026 - 6 Posts

The Office of the District Development Commissioner Pulwama has issued a re-advertisement for Panchayat Level Krishi Udyamis (KUs) at pre-identified Kisan Khidmat Ghar locations. These KUs will operate agriculture service centres and help farmers access schemes, inputs, advisory support and digital services. This is a self-earning entrepreneur model, so the notice does not give a fixed monthly salary.

Vacancy Details

• Total positions: 6 Krishi Udyami posts across pre-identified Panchayat-level KKG sites in Pulwama district.
• Sites include: Sharshali, Wuyan, Patalbagh, Mitrigam, Wagum Arigam, Dangerpora and Laribal areas as listed in the notification.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Diploma in Agriculture and allied fields, or B.Sc Science, or graduation in agriculture and allied fields such as B.Sc Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Fisheries, Sericulture, B.Tech Agriculture Engineering or BVSc & AH.
• Preference: Post-graduation in science/agriculture/allied fields and a computer diploma or certificate of 3 months or more can give additional points.
• Domicile: You need a valid domicile certificate as listed in the document requirements.
• Accommodation: KUs should have rented or owned accommodation in the identified Panchayat to establish the KKG.

Age Limit

• You should be between 21 and 45 years.
• The age is counted as on the last date of submission.

Earning Model

• The engagement works on a self-earning / entrepreneur basis, not a fixed salary model.
• KUs can earn through service charges, input sales commission, B2B/B2C marketing commission and contingency fee for training as described in the notice.
• Selected KUs must deposit a refundable security amount of Rs. 10,000 as Fixed Deposit Receipt.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on a 100-point merit system and document checks.

1. Local Panchayat domicile: 25 points.
2. Female candidate: 5 points.
3. Educational qualification: Up to 45 points, with graduation in agriculture/allied courses carrying the highest education score.
4. Post-graduation and computer certificate: Additional points are available as per the scoring table.
5. Document verification: Shortlisted candidates must show original certificates before final engagement.

2. Fill in all details and attach self-attested document copies.
3. Submit the completed application to the Chief Agriculture Officer Pulwama, Agriculture Complex Wagum, Pulwama-192301.
4. You can submit it in person or through registered post.
5. Keep enough time for postal delivery because the department will not be responsible for postal delay.
