Who Can Apply?

Your qualification, experience, and pay scale must meet the norms set by:

• AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education)
• Savitribai Phule Pune University
• Government of Maharashtra

General Qualification Guidelines (as per AICTE norms)

• Assistant Professor: M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in the relevant branch with First Class. Ph.D. preferred.
• Associate Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant field with minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
• Professor: Ph.D. in the relevant field with minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including guiding research.
• Training & Placement Officer: As per AICTE/University norms.
• Director of Physical Education: As per AICTE/University norms.

Important: Exact qualifications and experience requirements will be verified as per AICTE regulations at the time of the interview.

Salary

Pay scale and service conditions follow AICTE, Savitribai Phule Pune University, and Government of Maharashtra norms. Since these are adhoc positions, the salary may differ from regular pay scales. However, for reference:

• Assistant Professor: Pay Level 10 — Entry pay Rs. 57,700 per month (as per 7th CPC)
• Associate Professor: Pay Level 13A2 — Entry pay Rs. 1,31,400 per month
• Professor: Pay Level 14A — Entry pay Rs. 1,44,200 per month

Note: Actual salary for adhoc posts may be consolidated or as per institutional norms. Allowances like DA, HRA, and other benefits will be as per the rules applicable to adhoc faculty.

Selection Process
