The National Rural Livelihood Mission Karnataka, also known as Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (KSRLPS), is hiring for 4 positions across different taluks in Chikkamagaluru district. Who Can Apply?

For Cluster Supervisor (Rs. 18,000/month):

• Qualification: You need to be a Graduate from a recognised university.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant field experience.
• Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak Kannada and English. Knowledge of working with computers is required.

For Block Manager - Farm Livelihoods (Rs. 25,000/month):

• Option 1: M.Sc. (Agriculture) or allied farm sciences with minimum 1 year of field-level work experience.
• Option 2: B.Sc. (Agriculture) or allied farm sciences with minimum 3 years of field-level work experience.
• Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak Kannada and English. Working knowledge of computers is required.

For District Program Manager (Rs. 35,000/month):

• Qualification: Full-time Postgraduate Degree (2 years) in Social Sciences, Rural Development, MSW, MBA, Agricultural Sciences, or equivalent.
• Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak Kannada and English. Computer knowledge is essential.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 50 years old.
• This age limit applies to all posts advertised in this notification.

Salary

• District Program Manager: Rs. 35,000 per month (consolidated)
• Block Manager - Farm Livelihoods: Rs. 25,000 per month (consolidated)
• Cluster Supervisor: Rs. 18,000 per month (consolidated)

These are contractual positions with consolidated pay. Allowances and increments are as per NRLM/KSRLPS norms.

• Work with Panchayat Raj institutions, line departments, and NGOs to strengthen convergence efforts
