National Rural Livelihoods Mission Karnataka (NRLM Karnataka) is recruiting a Cluster Supervisor for Byadgi taluka in Haveri district. The post provides day-to-day leadership for community institutions across the cluster and helps keep their development work active, inclusive and sustainable. You will be the working link between village-level groups and the taluka mission structure.

The role is built around regular field contact, not supervision from a distance. You will work closely with the taluka mission team to carry planned activities into the cluster, notice where participation is weak and help community institutions solve practical problems. A major part of the brief is bringing women and vulnerable residents into functioning groups, including people with disabilities, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities, and other underserved sections.

Community finance and livelihood planning are also central to the assignment. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Specific work area: This opening is for Byadgi in Haveri district. Your routine should be planned around field movement within the assigned cluster or sub-block.
