National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) Assistant Recruitment 2026 - 500 Posts

National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), a leading Public Sector General Insurance Company under the Government of India, has released a notification for 500 Assistant (Class-III) posts from the open market. The recruitment is done state/UT-wise — you pick one state or union territory to apply for, and vacancies are spread across almost every state including Maharashtra, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Rajasthan and Gujarat. There is no interview — selection is based entirely on two online exams and a qualifying Regional Language Test, so your language skills for the chosen state matter as much as your exam score.

Vacancy Breakdown by State (Top States)

  • Maharashtra: 57 posts
  • Tamil Nadu: 49 posts
  • West Bengal: 46 posts
  • Rajasthan: 36 posts
  • Kerala: 35 posts
