National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has released Vacancy Notice No. 08/2026 to 13/2026 for DGM, Senior Manager and Assistant Manager posts connected with IT systems, AFC systems, data analytics and cloud infrastructure. NHSRCL is the company implementing India's first high-speed rail corridor between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. This notice is for experienced officers/managers from CPSEs, SPVs, Metro Railways, Ministry of Railways and Government Departments, so freshers should not apply.

Vacancy Details

Total vacancies: 8 posts. Candidates can submit only one application against Vacancy Notice No. 08/2026 to 20/2026, so choose the post carefully before paying the fee.

Who Can Apply?

DGM (IT) and DGM (AFC Systems)

• Qualification: You need B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, ECE or EEE from an AICTE/UGC approved institute, based on the post.
• Experience: You should be working in analogous E5 grade, or in E4 / equivalent pre-revised scale for at least 2 years.
• Preferred: ME/M.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Cyber Security, Software Systems, ECE or EEE, and about 6 years experience in the listed work areas.

Senior Manager Posts

• Qualification: You need B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or Electronics from an approved university/institute.
• Experience: You should be in analogous E4 grade, or in E3 / equivalent pre-revised scale for at least 2 years.
• Preferred: ME/M.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Cyber Security or Software Systems, with about 5 years experience in the job area.

Assistant Manager (IT)

• Qualification: You need B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics from an approved institute.
• Experience: You need at least 4 years post-qualification experience, including the pay scale/service conditions mentioned in the notice.
• Government/Railway officers: Separate CDA pay scale conditions are given in the notice for Ministry of Railways and other Government Department staff.

Age Limit

• Maximum age for all posts is 45 years.
• Reference date: Experience and other eligibility conditions are counted as on 31 May 2026.
• The notice does not mention separate category-wise age relaxation in the extracted vacancy notice.

Salary

• DGM posts: Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 2,20,000 per month in E5 grade; approximate CTC is Rs. 38.00 lakhs per year.
• Senior Manager posts: Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 per month in E4 grade; approximate CTC is Rs. 32.00 lakhs per year.
• Assistant Manager (IT): Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000 per month in E2 grade; approximate CTC is Rs. 24.00 lakhs per year.
• Bond amount: Selected E5/E4 candidates must execute a surety bond of Rs. 4,00,000; E2 candidates must execute a bond of Rs. 3,00,000.

Application Fee

• UR / EWS / OBC candidates: Rs. 400 plus transaction processing charges, if any.
• SC / ST / Women candidates: No fee.
• The fee is non-refundable, so check your eligibility before paying.

Selection Process

NHSRCL may use CBT, interview and medical examination for this recruitment. The company can include or remove any selection method based on administrative need.

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): The notice says CBT may be conducted for these posts. The detailed paper pattern, marks and timing are not given in the vacancy notice.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates may be called for interview or further assessment.
3. Medical Examination: Final appointment will depend on medical fitness under Executive/Technical standards.
4. Document Verification: Your qualification, experience, pay scale, category and service documents will be checked during the process.

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, system availability and issue resolution for NHSRCL offices
• Handle IT vendor coordination, contract monitoring and SLA follow-up as per government procurement rules
• Monitor IT security controls, audit compliance and internal or external audit requirements
• Prepare and review database queries, reports and data-driven dashboards for management decisions
• Lead AFC ticketing hardware, gates, TVMs, TOMs and related network infrastructure where assigned
• Manage data analytics, ETL workflows, Power BI/Tableau dashboards, chatbot or AI use cases where assigned
• Oversee cloud infrastructure security, IAM, monitoring, vendor performance and cost control where assigned
• Support UAT, testing, validation, defect tracking and formal sign-off for IT and AFC systems
