National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has released Vacancy Notice Nos. 21/2026 to 25/2026 for absorption-basis posts in Operations and Maintenance. The notice covers Civil/Track, Electrical, Signalling and Telecom, Rolling Stock, and Operations functions for the NHSRCL/MAHSR project. This is a multi-post railway and high-speed rail recruitment for experienced employees already working in Indian Railways, government-owned or operated Railways, Metro Railways, or RRTS systems.

Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Civil/Track: You need a 3-year engineering diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a government-recognised university or institute.
• Electrical: You need a 3-year engineering diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Signalling and Telecom: You need a 3-year engineering diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Rolling Stock: You need a 3-year engineering diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Operations: You need a 3-year engineering diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in any discipline from a government-recognised university or institute.

Experience and Service Conditions

• IDA pay scale route: You need 5 years supervisory experience in the relevant railway, metro, RRTS, maintenance, rolling stock, or operations area and must meet the required bottom-pay condition.
• CDA pay scale route: You need the relevant supervisory experience, must be working in PB-2 + GP 4200 / Level 6, and need 4 years of Group C service.
• Experience certificate: You must submit a certificate from your employer showing year-wise work details and the type of work handled.
• Controller assignment: Candidates may need to give preference for OCC Controller assignment, but final allocation will be decided by NHSRCL.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 45 years.
• Experience and other eligibility criteria will be counted as on 31 May 2026.

Salary

• The pay scale is Rs. 46,000 to Rs. 1,45,000 per month under IDA pattern for Non-Executives.
• You will also get perks, HRA, medical benefits, other allowances, EPF, gratuity, and other benefits as per NHSRCL rules.
• Selected candidates must execute a Rs. 3,00,000 surety bond to serve the corporation for at least 4 years after joining.
• If training is given, a separate training bond may apply for the cost of training plus service tax with a 6-year service condition after training.

Selection Process
