Who Can Apply?

Technical Cadre

  • Executive Director / Sr. General Manager / General Manager / Deputy General Manager / Senior Manager: You need a Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Required overall experience ranges from 6 years to 20 years, depending on the post and grade.
  • Service condition: You must hold the required analogous post or regular service in the matching Central Government pay matrix / IDA grade.

Non-Technical Cadre

  • HR and Admin: Bachelor's degree with administration, establishment, HR or personnel management experience.
  • Finance and Accounts: CA, CMA, M.Com, MBA Finance or equivalent with finance, accounts, budgeting, audit, contract or fund management experience.
  • Land Acquisition: Bachelor's degree with land acquisition experience.
  • Legal: Bachelor's degree in Law with contract, arbitration, legislative or land acquisition law experience.
  • Information Technology: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or Networks, MCA, M.Sc IT or M.Tech Cybersecurity; SAP ABAP certification is preferred.
  • Official Languages: Master's degree with Hindi and English subjects or medium combination as specified in the notice.

Age Limit

  • Posts up to E7 level: Maximum age should not exceed 58 years as on the closing date.
  • E8 and E9 posts: Maximum age should not exceed 59 years as on 5 August 2026.

Salary

  • E9 level: Rs. 1,50,000-3%-3,00,000 per month.
  • E8 level: Rs. 1,20,000-3%-2,80,000 per month.
  • E7 level: Rs. 1,00,000-3%-2,60,000 per month.
  • E6 level: Rs. 90,000-3%-2,40,000 per month.
  • E5 level: Rs. 80,000-3%-2,20,000 per month.
  • E4 level: Rs. 70,000-3%-2,00,000 per month.
  • On joining, selected officers draw pay and allowances/perks of the parent organisation as per DPE guidelines plus deputation allowance as per rules.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

NHIDCL will fill these posts through deputation selection under NHIDCL Cadre Rules, 2025. The notice says the process includes assessment by a duly constituted Selection Committee.

Minimum Qualification
