• Experience: You need 2 years of experience in firefighting, teaching, or training in a recognised fire service organisation, fire service training institute, industrial unit, aviation unit, port, municipal body, government body, or NFSC Nagpur.
• Preferred qualification: NFSC Sub-Officers Course, Medical First Aid Responder course, Urban Search and Rescue course, or a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence can strengthen your profile.

Age Limit

• Maximum age should not exceed 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
• The normal deputation period, including any earlier ex-cadre deputation immediately before this appointment, should not exceed 3 years.

Salary

• Senior Instructor is placed in Pay Level 6 of the pay matrix.
• Salary range is Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 per month.
• You will also get DA, HRA, TA and other allowances as per Central Government and deputation rules.

Physical Standards

Minimum Physical Requirements

• Height: Not less than 165 cm. This is relaxable by 5 cm for hill area candidates.
• Chest: 81 cm normal, with minimum expansion of 5 cm.
• Weight: Not less than 50 kg.
• Hearing and speech: Normal hearing and normal speech are required.
