National e-Governance Division (NeGD) - Digital India BHASHINI Division (DIBD) Young Professional Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Digital India BHASHINI Division (DIBD) is an independent business division under Digital India Corporation (DIC), set up by MeitY to run India's National Language Translation Mission, BHASHINI. DIBD has opened 1 seat for a Young Professional in the Support/Onboarding vertical, part of a wider batch of 8 Young Professional openings announced together on 6 August 2026 across AI, ML, cybersecurity, legal, and administrative specialisations, each with a single seat. You will work inside a nationally visible, MeitY-backed technology mission rather than a routine back-office post, handling customer onboarding and supporting BHASHINI's Grand Innovation Challenges and hackathons.

Who Can Apply?

  • Qualification: Any graduate, preferably with an MBA in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer or client onboarding. Preference goes to candidates with a background in customer engagement or portfolio management. Internship or training experience does not count towards this 1 year.
  • Role: You will handle customer onboarding and relationship management, and support DIBD's Grand Innovation Challenges and hackathons.

Age Limit

  • You should be up to 32 years old as on the last date of application (5 September 2026).
  • Formal qualifications and experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates, at DIBD-DIC's discretion.

Salary

  • Selected candidates will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 50,000 per month, inclusive of all components.
  • This amount is subject to TDS deduction as per the Income Tax Act. No separate DA/HRA is paid on top of this consolidated pay.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

  1. Screening of Applications: Based on your qualifications, age, academic record, and relevant experience.
  2. Further Selection Stage: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly; the notification does not specify the exact format.

DIBD-DIC reserves the right to fill all, some, or none of the posts advertised. Do not contact the BHASHINI team directly about your application status — the notification states such inquiries will not be entertained.
