The Office of the Divisional Soil & Water Conservation Officer and District Project Manager, Meghalaya State Watershed & Wasteland Development Agency (MSWWDA), Williamnagar, East Garo Hills has released a notification for 1 Programme Associate (Administration & Data Management) post. This is a purely contractual position for 1 year, renewable based on performance, under the Climate Adaptive Community Based Water Harvesting Project. Selection is entirely through a personal interview - there is no written exam.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in filing, file management, record tracking, electronic mail management, documentation, or other administrative work.
• Skills: Good written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 37 years old.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 22,100.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done in a single stage:

1. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview on 29 July 2026 from 10:00 AM onwards at the Simsanggre Soil & Water Conservation Office, Williamnagar.

No TA/DA will be paid to candidates attending the interview.
