Who Can Apply?

For District Functional Specialist - IBCB (Rs. 39,000/month):

• Postgraduate degree/diploma in Rural Development, Social Work, Agriculture, or Science from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation Programmes, preferably with SHGs, Community Organizations, or Cooperatives.
• Computer skills with MS Office and Google Sheets. Within 30 years of age.

For District Functional Specialist - IT (Rs. 39,000/month):

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in MIS management, data analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in ERP and BI tools.
• Experience in developing and maintaining websites and web applications. Within 30 years of age.

For District MIS Coordinator - Livelihoods Promotion (Rs. 31,200/month):

• Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Technology, Computer Science, IT, or Computer Applications.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in data entry and MIS management. Within 30 years of age.

For Young Professional - FNHW (Rs. 26,000/month):

• Postgraduate/Degree in Education, Public Health, Home Science, Nutrition & Dietetics, Social Work, or Nursing.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Early Childhood Development, Education, Health, or Social/Rural Development. Within 30 years of age.

For District Account Assistant (Rs. 22,100/month):

• Degree in Commerce from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts and Financial Management, with working knowledge of Tally Prime. Within 30 years of age.

Age Limit

• You should be within 30 years of age for all these posts.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years relaxation. Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) get 10 years relaxation (15 years for SC/ST PwBD candidates).

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a monthly pay ranging from Rs. 22,100 to Rs. 39,000 depending on the post.
• DFS-IBCB and DFS-IT pay Rs. 39,000 per month; District MIS Coordinator pays Rs. 31,200 per month; YP-FNHW pays Rs. 26,000 per month; District Account Assistant pays Rs. 22,100 per month.

Selection Process

MSRLS will select candidates through a multi-stage process:

1. Preliminary Examination: Tests your verbal, quantitative, and analytical abilities. Held at Shillong. No TA/DA is paid for appearing.
2. Group Discussion

4. Personal Interview (in-service candidates must bring a No Objection Certificate from their employer)
