MSEB Holding Company Ltd (MSEBHCL) is hiring 7 officers and employees on deputation basis for MSEB Solar Agro Power Ltd (MSAPL) under Advertisement No. 06/2026. MSEB Solar Agro Power Ltd (MSAPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of MSEB Holding Company Ltd, is the nodal agency for implementing the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana (MSKVY) projects in Maharashtra. To strengthen its manpower for programme-level planning, tender coordination, compliance monitoring, data governance and Government reporting, MSEBHCL has invited applications from eligible officers and employees of MSEDCL, MSETCL, MSPGCL and MSEBHCL for engagement on deputation basis. The deputation period will be 3 years, extendable as per administrative needs.

• Additional Executive Engineer: 1 post
• Assistant Engineer: 2 posts
• Manager (Finance): 1 post
• UDC (Finance): 2 posts

Who Can Apply?

For Engineer Posts (Executive Engineer / Additional Executive Engineer / Assistant Engineer):

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Technology
• Experience: 5 years as Executive Engineer / Additional Executive Engineer / Assistant Engineer (post-qualification, in the corresponding role)

For Manager (Finance):

• B.Com and MBA (Finance), OR M.Com
• Experience: 3 years as Manager (Finance)

For UDC (Finance):

• B.Com or equivalent
• Experience: 3 years as UDC (Finance)

Eligibility is restricted to existing employees of MSEBHCL, MSEDCL, MSPGCL and MSETCL only. Qualification and experience will be considered as on the date of advertisement.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 40 years (as on 30 April 2026)
• Age will be calculated based on the Date of Birth as per Secondary School Certificate (SSC).

Pay

• Pay protection will be provided to officers / staff appointed at MSAPL on deputation
• You will continue to draw your regular pay scale plus allowances as per parent organisation rules

Selection Process

The selection will be done in two stages:

1. Preliminary Scrutiny: Applications will be screened and shortlisted candidates with the benchmark decided by the Selection Committee will be called for interview.
2. Personal Interview: Conducted at Mumbai. Candidates have to attend at their own expense; no TA/DA will be paid.

Recruitment is done strictly on merit. The candidates called for the selection process and selected candidates will be intimated through email only.
