For Superintending Engineer (Level 14):

For Executive Engineer (Level 13):

• You need a Graduate Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• You should have 8 years of experience as an Executive Engineer in the equivalent pay scale in government departments/boards/corporations.

For Assistant Accountant (Level 10):

• You need a B.Com degree from a recognised university.
• You should have 5 years of experience as a Junior Accountant in government departments/corporations, with expertise in accounts and taxation.

For Junior Accountant (Level 8):

• You need a B.Com degree from a government-recognised university.
• You should have 5 years of experience as a Junior Accountant in government departments, boards or corporations.

• Executive Engineer: Rs. 67,300 to Rs. 2,06,900 per month (Level 13).
• Assistant Accountant: Rs. 42,700 to Rs. 1,35,100 per month (Level 10).
• Junior Accountant: Rs. 32,800 to Rs. 1,03,600 per month (Level 8).
• You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as per Madhya Pradesh Government rules.

Pay for the engineering posts follows Levels 13 to 16, while the accounts posts follow Levels 8 and 10 — all under the applicable Madhya Pradesh Government pay matrix.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection will be done in 2 stages:

1. Shortlisting: Based on your qualification, government experience and current pay scale.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview before MPUVN's selection committee.
