Statistical System Specialist

Support Associate

You will keep day-to-day operations moving through monitoring, backups, log management and user assistance. You will help MITRA produce clear incident, uptime and performance reports and keep catalogue content organised.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract tenure: the appointment runs for 11 months. Any renewal depends on your performance, the project's continuing need, available funds and approval from the competent authority.
• No automatic continuation: completing the initial term does not create a promise of renewal or a right to regular employment with MITRA or the Government of Maharashtra.
• Delivery window: the team is expected to establish the central catalogue within 60 days of the work order, so the opening phase will be strongly delivery focused.
• Security standard: production deployment includes CERT-In audit coordination, remediation of serious findings and a Safe-to-Host certificate before stable operation.
• Operational responsibility: the live catalogue needs 24x7 monitoring, routine security updates, backups and performance tuning, with internal capacity built so MITRA can sustain it.
