Who Can Apply?

PHM (Public Health Manager)

• Qualification: MBBS or graduate in Health Sciences (BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BDS/BPTh/Nursing basic/B.Pharm) plus MPH/MHA/MBA in Health Care Administration

Microbiologist

• Qualification: MBBS from Medical Council of India recognized institute and MD Microbiology

Staff Nurse (Female)

• Qualification: GNM Course or B.Sc Nursing with valid registration from Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC)

MPW (Male)

• Qualification: 12th pass in Science + Paramedical Basic Training Course or Sanitary Inspector Course (reference letter attached required)

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age (Open Category): 38 years
• Maximum Age (Reserved Categories): 43 years
• Age will be calculated as on the date of advertisement
• Retired experts and staff may also be considered as per state-level guidelines
• For experienced candidates working in government/NHM, the upper age limit may go up to 65 years (with medical fitness certificate for candidates above 60)

Salary

The monthly consolidated salary (honorarium) for each post is:

• PHM (Public Health Manager): Rs. 32,000 per month
• Microbiologist: Rs. 75,000 per month
• Staff Nurse (Female): Rs. 20,000 per month
• MPW (Male): Rs. 18,000 per month

Salary is paid as a consolidated monthly honorarium under the contract. No other allowances or benefits apply as these are purely contractual posts.

Selection Process

There is no written exam. Selection is based on merit and document screening. The final score is calculated out of 100 marks:

1. Educational Qualification Marks (50 marks): 50% weightage for marks in the essential qualification
2. Higher Education (20 marks): Extra marks for higher qualifications
3. Government/Semi-Government Experience (30 marks): Relevant work experience in government or semi-government organisations
4. Merit List Preparation: A merit list will be prepared based on the total 100 marks
5. Document Verification & Walk-in Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and interview

Experience in government, semi-government and National Health Mission organisations will be given priority during selection.

• Handle assigned health programme activities under NUHM, 15th Finance Commission and Aapla Dawakhana dispensaries in Malegaon city
• Manage day-to-day operations of urban primary health centres and dispensaries as per the post
• Provide clinical, nursing or microbiology laboratory services based on your post and qualification
• Assist in outbreak response, immunisation drives and maternal-child health activities
• Keep accurate patient records, daily reports and programme data for review
• Follow all government health guidelines, SOPs and infection control protocols
• Work under the Medical Officer and report to the Malegaon Municipal Corporation Health Department
• Support field surveys, health camps and community health outreach activities
