Responsibilities

  • Guard the Government Ashramshala or Vastigruh premises during assigned shifts.
  • Maintain the visitor register and check identity of all incoming visitors.
  • Patrol the campus boundary, hostel rooms and store rooms at fixed intervals.
  • Report any unauthorised entry, theft, fire risk or maintenance issue to the Project Officer.
  • Operate the entry gate and parking discipline for staff and student vehicles.
  • Assist hostel wardens during student roll calls and emergency drills.
  • Follow the duty roster issued by the ITDP project office and Government holiday calendar.
